Pali is my best friend. We have known each other for ages, went through high school together and are still friends today.
He came over to sharpen his kitchen knives, which were old and, let’s say, not the best. What he was missing was something to skin and slice fish. So I’m making him a knife inspired by the sujihiki, the long Japanese slicer. I hope he likes it.
